• Account information: firm name, admin email, billing email, user profile data.
• Usage data: login timestamps, product interactions, and diagnostic logs.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store card details.
• Integration data: metadata from systems you explicitly connect (for example, Clio).

2. How we use it

We use your information to provide the LegalTime AI service, process payments, support you, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Data storage and security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.

4. Sub-processors

• Stripe (payments).
• Resend (transactional email).
• Cloud infrastructure providers.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. For firm accounts, your admin controls team membership; they can remove users to revoke their access.

6. Retention

We retain your data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for backup, audit, and legal purposes.
