These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LegalTime AI. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Your firm account

A firm account is administered by the individual who created it. That admin is responsible for inviting team members, managing billing, and managing the firm's subscription. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful activity.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
• Do not share accounts or credentials between users.

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly per seat. You can change your seat count at any time from your billing portal. Changes prorate for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you submit to LegalTime AI. We process it only to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or present a risk to our service or our customers.

7. Disclaimers

LegalTime AI is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
